Helpdesk Technician

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or chat; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; Perform maintenance and restorative actions when needed. Qualifications include open to fresh graduates, Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate, Senior High School graduates from IT-related strands are an advantage.
