Key Responsibilities Warmly greet customers and assist with inquiries and purchases. Operate cash registers, accurately handle cash transactions, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean, organized checkout area to improve customer experience. Support shelf stocking and ensure proper product placement. Address and resolve customer complaints politely and effectively. Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs to management. Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and operational goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail or cashier experience preferred but not required. Work closely with the store manager and fellow staff to ensure efficient store operations and outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. Compensation: ₹12,000 per month.
