Key Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments of patients’ health status to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet their unique needs. What We're Looking For Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution. Active and valid nursing license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience, preferably in home care or similar healthcare settings. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare software. Strong compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills to build trust with patients and families. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic patient needs.
