Administer medications and monitor patient responses and health status. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient information and care accurately using electronic health record systems. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventative care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services. Assist in training and mentoring new nurses and nursing students in the unit. Required and Preferred Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) License required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc in Nursing) is preferred. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or acute care environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software tools. Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience is preferred.
