Role Description
The Home Design Consultant – Junior will assist customers in designing their ideal home interiors by providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through product selection, offering tailored design advice, and assisting with sales and purchases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panama City that requires a commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering outstanding service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiencesExperience or knowledge in sales, particularly within retail or furniture-related industriesBackground or interest in interior design, including knowledge of furniture and furnishingsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleaguesAbility to work on-site in Panama City and manage multiple tasks effectivelyPrevious experience in home design consultation or similar fields is a plusBasic computer skills and familiarity with design software are advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in design or related fields is a plus
