Preferred Qualificati
ons

Bachelor's Degree (Título Universitario and/or Cédula Profesional) in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant Management, or a related field.Previous supervisory or management experience within the hospitality industry.Experience in hotel operations, Front Office, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, or Restaurant Management.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with hotel management systems (PMS) is preferred.Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.Advanced English communication sk
