This full-time position offers a competitive salary of MXN 150,000 per year . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase hotel profitability and market presence. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Coordinate with departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to optimize hotel performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Hotel Director or in a senior hotel management role. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve conflicts effectively. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
