Key Responsibilities Process and record day-to-day accounting transactions accurately. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation. Communicate with clients and vendors regarding invoicing and payment inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain precise records and documentation for all financial transactions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional accounting education is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar accounting role preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles. The accounting team operates in a structured, collaborative environment. You will report directly to the Senior Accountant and work closely with fellow accountants to meet departmental goals.
