Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) equipment to perform precise analytical testing on pharmaceutical samples. Conduct routine calibration and verification of laboratory instruments to guarantee accuracy and reliability in test results. Document and analyze data meticulously following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance guidelines such as GMP and FDA standards. Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to uphold stringent quality control measures and industry best practices. Prepare samples and solvents adhering strictly to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure valid test outcomes. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or procedural issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, preferably Chemistry or related disciplines. 1-3 years of proven experience operating HPLC systems within pharmaceutical or biotechnology laboratory settings. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and manage complex laboratory instruments. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experience working in a quality assurance environment, familiar with regulatory standards and documentation. Preferred: Certifications related to laboratory techniques or quality control practices. Knowledge of microbiological and additional analytical testing methods. Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
