HR ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and standard HR policies is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding, is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
