About the role
Coloplast Business Centre (GBS) in San José, Costa Rica, supports Coloplast’s North American operations. The team works closely with colleagues in Szczecin, Poland, home to one of Coloplast’s largest and fastest-growing sites, with around 800 professionals.
As HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational priorities in the Coloplast Shared Service. You will advise leaders and support leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change initiatives. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on guidance to support business performance, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People & Culture advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, and people-related business decisions.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, attendance, conflict resolution, and other complex employee matters.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, succession plans, development opportunities, and retention strategies.
- Support performance and talent management processes, including calibration discussions and development planning.
- Advise leaders on compensation, recognition, and workforce-related decisions within company frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and culture initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Provide change management support during organizational transformations and business initiatives.
- Analyze people data and trends to identify risks, provide insights, and recommend actions to leadership.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
