Manage bulk hiring drives for BPO operations (Customer Care, Sales, Tech Support). 2. Handle recruitment for both International & Domestic BPO processes. 3. Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet staffing requirements. 4. Coordinate with team leaders and managers to align hiring with business needs. 5. Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance. 6. Track hiring metrics and ensure targets are met within timelines. 7.
