What We're Looking For Required: MBA in Human Resources or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation. 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment and employee relations within a corporate setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and management. Proficiency in payroll administration and HR software, including database management tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Preferred: Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements in Punjab, India. Demonstrated ability to contribute to HR strategy and process improvements.
