We’re looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, helping us attract and onboard top talent. You will work closely with the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead, gaining hands-on experience and advancing your HR career in a collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and junior positions, ensuring timely and quality hires. Source candidates using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, as well as social media and internal referrals to build a strong talent pipeline. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear communication throughout. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure accurate candidate records. Support onboarding activities including documentation, orientation scheduling, and new hire integration. Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring events to enhance employer branding and attract fresh talent. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring effectiveness and support strategic HR decisions. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve hiring strategies and candidate experience. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, including internships or entry-level roles. Familiarity with ATS software and popular job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Preferred: Experience supporting onboarding and recruitment events. Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and career growth in HR.
