📍 Location: Bogotá, Colombia💻 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite)📄 Contract Type: Fixed-Term Project / Contractor (Obra o Labor)💰 Salary: COP $9,000,000 + COP $250,000 allowanceWe are looking for an HR Field Coordinator to support local HR operations and employee-related processes in Colombia. This role will be responsible for coordinating key HR activities, ensuring compliance with local requirements, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.Coordinate HR documentation and employee-related administrative processes.Provide local HR support and act as a point of contact for employees and stakeholders.Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR activities and initiatives.Support employee engagement, wellness programs, and HR communications.Ensure accurate execution of HR processes while maintaining compliance with local requirements.
RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.Experience supporting HR operations, employee administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
SkillsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.Proactive, independent, and hands-on approach.Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on employee experience.Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with different teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR-related systems is a plus.
