Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews to help attract top talent. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing welcome materials to ensure smooth integration. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies. Help organize and participate in company events, workshops, and training sessions that promote employee engagement and skill development. Participate in employee engagement initiatives by gathering feedback and assisting in efforts to enhance workplace culture. Assist with payroll processing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of payroll information. What We're Looking For Required: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for daily HR tasks. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a dynamic HR environment.
