Asclepius Wellness Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a growing wellness company. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment by screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding processes including orientation and preparing welcome materials. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy. Help organize and participate in company events, workshops, and training sessions. Engage in employee engagement initiatives and collect feedback to improve workplace culture. Assist with payroll processing and timely dissemination of payroll information. Contribute to HR projects with innovative ideas and solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Prior HR or internship experience is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
