Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, and chat.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast, accurate typing skills.
• At least a 12th-grade education.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay and Employment
