Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
