Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain skilled professionals aligned with Foundry’s values and operational needs. Build and maintain strong employee relations by proactively addressing concerns and promoting an inclusive, respectful workplace culture. Implement organizational development strategies that enhance employee skills, career progression, and leadership pipelines. Conduct performance management activities including appraisals, constructive feedback sessions, and personalized development plans to boost productivity. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures ensuring full compliance with Maharashtra’s labor laws and industry standards. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to anticipate staffing needs and align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives. Analyze HR metrics regularly to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts. What We're Looking For Required: MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR management experience within the Foundry or heavy manufacturing industry. Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and HR software tools. Preferred: Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD. Demonstrated leadership in driving HR transformation initiatives.
