HR Recruitment and Training Officer

End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviews
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Maintain HR records and documentation
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
✅ 3 - 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, or General HR
✅ Strong communication and interviewing skills
✅ Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
✅ Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
