HR Senior Manager

CFS is partnering with a premier Boston-based real estate investment, ownership, and management organization to identify an experienced HR Senior Manager.

Salary: $140,000-$180,000 + bonus

Schedule: 5 days onsite in Boston

Key Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectivesLead talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and succession planning initiativesDrive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programsManage performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiativesOversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programsEnsure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practicesLead employee relations matters and provide guidance to managersDevelop and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting capabilitiesManage HR budgets and vendor relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilityExperience supporting professional services, real estate, investment, or asset management organizations preferredStrong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and talent managementProven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational changeExcellent communication and leadership skills
