Key Responsibilities:🔹 Partner with the HRBP to provide tailored HR services and solutions to clients🔹 Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience🔹 Maintain and improve HR resources, policies, procedures, and client materials🔹 Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements🔹 Provide guidance on employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and performance management🔹 Support training, development, and organizational culture initiatives🔹 Foster strong client relationships by delivering practical and responsive HR support
Desired Skills & Qualifications:✅ Bachelor’s degree (required)✅ C1 level English proficiency✅ Previous HR experience with robust knowledge of HR principles✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, payroll tools, and HR systems✅ Strong organizational and time management skills✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills✅ PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)
