Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
* At least 1 year of HR experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of HR processes and Philippine labor laws is preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
* Maintain employee records and HR databases
* Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping
* Assist with payroll preparation and employee concerns
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
* Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
