Responsibilities: - Promote and support Safety, Health, Hygiene, and Environmental initiatives within the workplace. - Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee leave processes. - Follow-up to the recruitment process - Maintain, monitor, and update the company’s KPIs.(Turnover, Absenteeism, Training) - Ensure compliance with the organization’s HR objectives, policies, procedures, and programs. - Implement and maintain HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Provide guidance, coaching, and training to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, procedures, labor relations, benefits, and employee relations matters. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, reports, and HR documentation. - Ensure that HR policies, procedures, and programs comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company standards. - Support and participate in HR initiatives, projects, and activities as needed to meet organizational and business needs. - Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and motivational events to promote a positive work environment Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. - Prepare reports to reflect staff turnover and absences, among others. - Manage disciplinary actions, giving advice and recommendations to improve performance or execute the termination of the employment relationship. - Manage payroll and compensation or benefits processes - Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead and develop the HR team. - Investigate and follow up on employee complaints, concerns, and workplace issues, ensuring appropriate resolution. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position is required - Fully Bilingual (English/ Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong knowledge of IET and NOM-035-STPS - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, and personnel management. - Experience handling disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee complaints. - Knowledge of payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR processes. - Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. - Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - TRESS system experience required.
