About the role
Cainiao Group is seeking a Hub Supervisor to oversee last-mile delivery projects and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Build accountability and guide the team toward high performance.
- Collaborate with sorting center, line haul/mid-mile teams, and other stakeholders to support operational efficiency and performance.
- Develop strategic plans to optimize the cost structure of last-mile operations.
- Guide the team toward achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and continuous operational improvements.
- Oversee vendors and partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end operational processes, including performance tracking and reporting.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational demands require.
- Proficiency in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing to communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
