We're looking for a dedicated Human Resource Coordinator to join us on-site in Davao, Davao Region. Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining clear communication with candidates to ensure a positive applicant experience. Implement and advise on HR policies and procedures that promote employee engagement and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Support performance management activities, including organizing evaluations and facilitating constructive feedback sessions to drive employee development. Coordinate and facilitate training programs, developing resources that enhance employee skills and career growth. Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, mediating conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment. Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and implement effective solutions aligned with business goals. Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies, preparing reports for management review. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management. Proficiency in recruitment techniques and candidate assessment. Familiarity with HR policies, performance management systems, and employee training methodologies. Experience or knowledge in employee relations and conflict resolution. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software. 0-2 years of HR experience, including internships or coordinator roles, preferred. Preferred: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
