RJTC Group of Companies is hiring a full-time Franchise Manager in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. This on-site role oversees and supports franchise operations, helping ensure brand consistency, profitability, compliance, and growth across franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisees in following brand standards, company policies, and operating procedures.
• Review sales, financial reports, and operational metrics to evaluate franchise performance.
• Coach franchisees and provide ongoing guidance to improve business results.
• Coordinate franchise onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Conduct site visits and operational audits to assess quality and consistency.
• Work with internal teams on marketing initiatives, promotions, and expansion plans.
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support franchise expansion, renewals, and contract compliance.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and serve as their primary point of contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in franchise management, operations, or business development.
• Knowledge of franchise operations, business processes, and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel to franchise locations as required.

Compensation and schedule

Pay: 25000 per month. Job type: Full-time, on-site.
