Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment including writing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. Work closely with department leaders to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Support performance management by training managers on effective evaluation techniques. Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly to resolve conflicts. Analyze HR metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation. Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum 2 years of HR experience; candidates with 3-5 years are encouraged to apply.
