Diesel Technician

Southwest Truck & RV, a leading service provider in Prescott Valley, Arizona, is expanding its expert team and seeking a skilled Diesel Technician. Join a company dedicated to excellence in medium to heavy-duty commercial and fleet vehicle repair, including motorhomes. This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment. We offer competitive pay ranging from $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience and ASE certifications, plus performance bonuses and commission. Health insurance eligibility begins after 90 days, alongside 10 days of paid time off and 7 paid holidays, company uniforms, and parts at cost plus 5%. Located in the heart of Prescott Valley, this role supports local fleet and motorhome clients, with remote work options available for certain tasks. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, performing routine maintenance, calculating job costs, and collaborating with the team to ensure quality and efficiency. Required qualifications include 3 years of diesel technician experience and a full set of tools, with ASE certification preferred.
