Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Company’s business goals to enhance workforce productivity and retention. Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks. Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development plans. Coordinate employee benefits programs such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans, ensuring competitive offerings. Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to inform leadership decisions and improve HR processes. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a welcoming and supportive workplace culture. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a management role. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part-time, remote-friendly environment. Preferred: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR). Experience in strategic planning and organizational development. Demonstrated success in leading diversity and inclusion programs. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR metrics.
