What You’ll Own

Be the go-to HR leader for executives and managersTake charge of recruiting, workforce planning, and building talent pipelinesDrive performance management, compensation strategy, and annual reviewsLead employee relations and culture initiatives across all levelsEnsure compliance (OSHA, labor laws) without slowing the business downJump into the trenches when needed—payroll backup, HR operations, and day-to-day support

What We’re Looking For

5–8+ years of HR experience (manufacturing is a big plus)Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on executionSomeone confident working with both shop floor employees and executivesStrong communicator who can influence, push back, and build trustHR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus
