Key Responsibilities Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates. Manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture. Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance effectively. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns promptly. Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance requirements. Experience in training and development programs. Familiarity with HR software tools. Previous experience in Human Resources roles preferred.
