Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent aligned with Fasna’s goals. Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and align with organizational objectives. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts promptly and fostering a positive, inclusive culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support individual and team growth. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate legal risks and uphold best practices. Organize targeted training and professional development programs to boost employee skills and retention. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies. Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions and improve HR processes. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR management roles. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred: Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent. Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
