Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

- Coordinate onboarding and training programs to support engagement and retention.

- Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HR software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Industry-standard HR management certifications are a plus.
