D|B Global Talent Solutions is hiring a full-time, permanent Human Resources Representative (Healthcare). The role focuses on engaging candidates in the pipeline about healthcare-related job opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing candidates in the pipeline.
• Promote healthcare-related job opportunities and engage candidates.
• Manage candidate communications, gather information, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up consistently to build positive candidate relationships and support placement goals.
• Manage the pipeline with persistence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
• Handle rejection professionally while maintaining high energy and call frequency.

Requirements

• Experience and comfort placing multiple high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Background as an appointment setter, scheduler, recruiter, or staffing representative, ideally in healthcare or senior care.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, with advanced English speaking and writing skills; a neutral accent is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented, with comfort engaging with the elderly community.
