Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls to existing candidates within the pipeline. Promote healthcare-related job opportunities and engage candidates effectively. Manage candidate communications, gather necessary information, and maintain accurate records. Perform consistent follow-ups to build positive candidate relationships and drive placement goals. Demonstrate persistence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach to pipeline management. Handle rejection professionally while maintaining high energy and call frequency.
Requirements & Skills:Outbound Calling Experience: Proven ability and comfort placing multiple high-volume outbound calls daily. Industry Experience: Background as an appointment setter, scheduler, recruiter, or staffing representative, ideally within the healthcare and/or senior care sectors. Bilingual Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with exceptional, advanced English speaking and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred). Core Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
