Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by taking and fulfilling orders with a positive attitude. Communicate menu items, flavors, and promotions effectively to enhance customer experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high financial standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and ice cream display, following food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events. Assist with inventory management , restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management. Participate in training and development to improve personal skills and service delivery. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well in a team with effective communication and collaboration. Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
