Assist in lead generation and promote company services to potential clients. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices. Consistently meet and exceed daily performance targets and KPIs. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Strong communication skills in English and local languages. Proficient in customer service and problem-solving techniques. Experience in a similar telecalling or BPO role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus. Prior BPO or telecalling experience advantageous. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
