Implementation Consultant

About the role

Zycus is looking for an Implementation Consultant with expertise in eProcurement implementation. The role involves owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of a procurement SaaS platform and leading complex, global implementations for Fortune 1000 enterprises. The work supports successful deployment, adoption, measurable business outcomes, and AI-driven procurement transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement SaaS solutions for global clients.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific procurement processes.
• Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality deployments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on procurement transformation and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to embedding AI capabilities into procurement workflows, enhancing efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product and data teams on AI and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of procurement software.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Basware, Jaggaer, or similar platforms.
