About the Role As the Implementation Manager Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the implementation process. Your goal is to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our product, providing exceptional post-deployment support that keeps our clients satisfied and loyal. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the entire implementation process for each customer. Serve as the main liaison between customers and the company, ensuring clear communication and support. Provide ongoing post-deployment assistance to maintain high customer satisfaction. Continuously review and improve onboarding processes, incorporating automation and innovative methods where possible. What We’re Looking For Strong project management and customer service skills. Ability to innovate and streamline onboarding workflows. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience in implementation or technical customer support roles is a plus.
