Matrix Exports is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import Export Executive Intern to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This internship offers hands-on experience in global trade, logistics, and compliance within a fast-paced international business environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers and partners to support international trade operations. Prepare and maintain accurate import and export documentation ensuring compliance with regulations. Conduct market research to identify new trade opportunities and monitor industry trends. Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and logistics providers for seamless shipment processes. Support compliance efforts by adhering to international trade laws and customs procedures. Track shipments and prepare detailed reports to help management evaluate shipping performance. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve import-export workflows. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. Strong negotiation skills focused on building mutually beneficial agreements. Proficiency in international trade documentation and customs paperwork. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Market research experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with export-import software/tools is a plus. Willingness to learn and commit to an internship duration of 6 months to 1 year.
