In-House Recruiter (LATAM-based, Remote) Performance Marketing + Digital Health Focus | English + Spanish Bilingual Match is a performance marketing agency specializing in full-funnel growth for digital health companies . We run high-impact campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and technical implementations (Meta CAPI, Google CAPI, pixel tracking, etc.) to help innovative virtual-first care companies acquire new patients profitably and scalably. We are seeking an experienced bilingual In-House Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish, based in Latin America, to join our fully remote team. This role goes beyond managing inbound applicants; we need a proactive recruiter who actively sources top talent —candidates who not only fit the role but elevate it. You will source “hell-yes” candidates across roles such as media buyers, creatives, account managers, and sales leads , initiating personalized outreach to engage them with Match. We encourage leveraging modern recruitment tools including AI-based sourcing and screening and video platforms like CAZVID to streamline candidate assessments and enhance communication. ✅ What You’ll Do: Actively source standout candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, outbound messaging, and AI tools. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for media, creative, technical, and go-to-market roles. Draft and post compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality, aligned applicants. Utilize AI and video tools (CAZVID or similar) to collect candidate introductions and conduct first-round interviews. Conduct efficient screenings and interviews while maintaining an excellent candidate experience. Collaborate closely with our co-founder and functional teams to align hiring strategies with company goals.
