Inbound Sales Agent

Role Description The Inbound Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Panama City. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products or services. Day-to-day tasks include providing accurate information, answering questions, and guiding customers through insurance and service options while ensuring a positive customer experience. The Inbound Sales Agent will follow established scripts and compliance guidelines, document interactions in the system, and meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in ongoing training, and applying feedback from supervisors to improve performance.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listeningCustomer Service skills focused on empathy, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality supportSales skills, including negotiation, upselling, and closing inbound opportunitiesAbility to participate in and benefit from Training, including ongoing coaching and skill developmentPrior experience in a call center, contact center, or customer-facing role is preferredComfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to accuracy and complianceHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plusReliable attendance, professional demeanor, and ability to work assigned shifts on-site in Panama City
