Inbound Sales and Service Associate

About the role

Movate is hiring an inbound sales associate in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role handles inbound calls from customers registering household appliances and identifies opportunities to sell extended protection plans for in-warranty and out-of-warranty appliances.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment focused on customer satisfaction, resilience, objection handling, and presenting protection plans as a long-term investment in peace of mind and cost avoidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist new and existing customers with registering appliances and build rapport to position sales offers.
• Identify customer needs, appliance usage patterns, and risk factors to recommend relevant protection plans.
• Manage high inbound call volumes while meeting quality, compliance, and conversion targets.
• Present extended service plans and upsell service plans for older appliances.
• Explain products and services to existing and prospective customers, and listen to customer concerns to identify needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a BPO sales role.
