Industry Development Partner — Agentic AI Research & Pre-standardization

Tegrity.AI is an initiative of the Integral Management Society, a Swiss non-profit association advancing AI Integrity Management through original research, applied research and pre-standardization.
We investigate structural problems that conventional AI governance and implementation approaches do not adequately address. This is not a generic AI implementation, automation or consulting-services role. Tegrity.AI develops original concepts, architectures and research contributions intended to shape how trustworthy agentic systems are understood, governed and designed.
Our contributors participate in international pre-standardization environments, including ITU FG-TIDA, focused on trust and identity for humans and agentic AI, and ITU FG-AI4SSC, addressing AI architectures, requirements, interoperability, supervision and assurance.
The selected person will participate in these international discussions and work alongside leading experts from global technology companies, cybersecurity organizations, research institutions and standards bodies.
The roleWe are looking for a genuinely senior Industry Development Partner capable of opening a market for a new category of agentic AI research.The immediate business priority is to secure the first three paying members of the Tegrity.AI Industry Group.You will connect advanced research with consultancies, technology companies and senior industry leaders that recognize the need for new approaches to agentic AI integrity, authority, control and ecosystem-level risk.
What we needAt least 8 years of experience in technology business development, strategic partnerships, technical sales or market creation.A demonstrable record of opening new markets, categories or business lines.Experience personally originating and closing complex B2B partnerships and revenue.Direct credibility with consulting partners, founders, CTOs, chief architects and AI practice leaders.A relevant network across consulting, enterprise technology, AI, cybersecurity, identity or digital transformation.The ability to understand original technical research and turn it into a strong commercial proposition without trivializing it.Technical fluency in agentic AI, identity and access management, authorization, cybersecurity, APIs, interoperability or enterprise architecture.Excellent written and spoken English. Spanish is a strong advantage.Intellectual curiosity, commercial ownership, autonomy and rigorous claim discipline.The seniority to contribute not only to sales, but also to the positioning and development of the company.
This is not an SDR, lead-generation, communications or generic AI-solutions-sales position. We need someone who can understand frontier research, earn the confidence of senior technical decision-makers and establish a market before the category is fully defined.The role is remote and open globally, with particular interest in candidates from Mexico and Latin America. We are open to an initial fractional or independent engagement, with the potential to become a core leadership position within Tegrity.AI.
