MWD Kit is seeking a detail-oriented Information Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This full-time role supports business operations by efficiently collecting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining data and records to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and information management systems. Review documents and records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies as needed. Organize and manage both electronic and physical records. Process incoming information ensuring proper documentation. Generate reports and summaries for management and other departments. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer, employee, and business information. Follow established procedures for data security and compliance. Assist with document retrieval, filing, and records management. Collaborate with team members to improve data processing workflows and efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or information processing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with database management systems and CRM software. Knowledge of records retention and data privacy practices. Ability to analyze and validate data for quality assurance. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. This position is remote eligible , offering flexibility while supporting our Dallas-based operations.
