Information Technology Project Manager

Location: Mexico, Colombia or Chile Hourly Rate: USD $15/hr Fully remote: EST Hours
Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Technology projects focused on an ERP migration and management of activities related to IT separation for a divestiture.
This individual will be responsible for driving the technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables remain on track.
The role requires close collaboration with internal IT teams, business, and implementation partners, along with providing executive-level updates and maintaining clear stakeholder ownership. This is a highly visible position requiring a proactive, hands-on project manager who can drive accountability and navigate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation• Identify and mitigate project risks• Provide executive-level status reporting• Drive project execution from planning through delivery
Experience:
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience• Proven experience leading migration or ERP implementation projects• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream enterprise technology projects• Strong experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, OnePlan, Smartsheet)• Experience managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, resources, and risks• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills• Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal direction• PMP Certification• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments an asset• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
