Key Responsibilities Engage potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Collaborate closely with marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals. Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with product knowledge and market trends. Required and Preferred Qualifications Graduation in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2C environment.
