Field Sales Executive – Kolkata, West Bengal

RIMVAS AGENCY is hiring a full-time Field Sales Executive in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this on-site role, you will develop sales opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and help grow revenue and customer loyalty. The monthly pay is 15000.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to reach prospective clients.
• Research the market to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Present products and deliver demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies.
• Plan sales activity to meet and exceed individual targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts and share customer feedback.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.

Team and Reporting

You will work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues and report to the Sales Manager. The role offers clear communication and team support as you work toward sales goals.
