Role Description We are seeking a full-time, remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves understanding clients’ insurance needs, providing personalized recommendations, and presenting the most suitable products. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and achieving individual sales targets. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the growth of the organization while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and knowledge of insurance products and brokerage servicesStrong skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearlyStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsState licensure in insurance or a willingness to obtain it is requiredPrevious experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plusProficiency in standard office and sales software tools
