Team members join a global logistics partner that values collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Intermodal Crossborder USMCA Operations Manager (Product Manager) is a full-time, on-site role based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE. This role oversees day-to-day crossborder operations across the USMCA region, managing intermodal transport activities, coordinating with internal teams, carriers, to ensure on-time, compliant movements. The manager designs and optimizes the intermodal product, monitors performance and costs, and implements process improvements to enhance service quality and profitability. Daily responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, ensuring adherence to customs and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation and systems updates. The role also involves analyzing data, preparing operational reports, supporting customer communication, and collaborating with sales and customer service to develop and refine crossborder logistics solutions.Qualifications Experience in logistics and supply chain operations, particularly intermodal and crossborder USMCA movements, with strong knowledge of import/export and customs processes.Background in product or operations management, including process design, optimization, and high performance tin ransportation environment.Proficiency with logistics management systems, transportation management software, and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools).Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple shipments and projects, and resolve time-sensitive operational issues.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working collaboratively with carriers, freight forwarders, internal teams, and customers.Working knowledge of USMCA-related regulations and compliance requirements, with attention to detail in documentation and audit readiness.Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) to manage crossborder communication and documentation; additional language skills are an asset.Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in crossborder transportation operations.Ability to work on-site in San Pedro Garza García, NLE, maintaining a reliable presence and collaborating closely with local and regional teams.Critical thinking.
